Everyone across Cheshire and Merseyside is being reminded that NHS 111 online should be our first step when we need urgent medical help, especially over the upcoming bank holiday weekends, and during NHS Industrial Action planned by Junior Doctors in April.

Be ready for the upcoming bank holiday weekends.

People across Cheshire and Merseyside are being urged not to leave it too late to order repeat prescriptions if they are due ahead of the upcoming bank holiday weekends.

NHS industrial action continues on Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th February. IMPORTANT - Due to strike action, the St Helens Urgent Treatment Centre is operating as appointment only. Please call 111 if you think you need to book an appointment or visit a walk in centre in Knowsley, Halton or Liverpool. NO walk-ins accepted.
